We are looking for Area Sales Manager/Coach (m/w/d) for different sales areas in Germany and Austria.
The Area Sales Manager/Coach will build an intensive relationship with our partners in the area by supporting the purchase and sale of our luxury products. In addition, he/she will promote the brand image and values by training beauty therapists and beauty advisers in product knowledge and sales techniques. In this position, he/she will also conduct personal events for spas and perfumeries.

Aufgaben
- You support existing customers
- Purchasing/sales, including order acceptance and transaction completion.
- Building a trusting and strong relationship with customers and their teams.
- Proactive follow-up and support of customer needs and requests.
- Tracking KPI numbers, such as sales per door, and determining appropriate sales promotion measures.
- Consistently exceptional professional Valmont B2C and B2B sales consulting.
- Carrying out animations in spas, department stores and various points of sale through pop-up events and master classes coordinated by the sales or marketing department.
- Actively organizing and participating in B2C sales events for B2B customers.
- On-shelf training with B2B customers that is informative, engaging and maximizes product knowledge on the latest skin care techniques and product launches.
- You are active in acquiring new customers:
- Identifying new leads, approaching, proposing and executing new customer openings B2B
- Develop ideas to generate new leads
- You are responsible for administrative tasks such as:
- Independent organization of schedule and travel coordination, depending on the assigned area.
- Using the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to plan visits, promotions and training sessions, and adding photos and notes after each visit, training session or event.
- Ensure that all paperwork is completed after each visit/training/promotion and submitted weekly.
- Ensuring needs-based feedback to the various departments (Commercial, Training & Marketing).
- Participation in national and international team meetings and trainings.
- Independent learning and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
Profil
- You have successfully completed a cosmetic training and/or a commercial training and ideally have initial professional experience in the field of a cosmetics company.
- You are sales-oriented, can handle customer numbers, analyze them and use them to contribute to the success of your customers.
- You are empathetic and a strong negotiator, which gives you the opportunity to quickly build strong customer relationships.
- You are goal-oriented, can handle Microsoft, live in the respective sales areas and are willing to travel.
- You have good English skills, both spoken and written.
- You have a driving license.
